Where it fits in your work — Certify. Certificates are issued on completion and can be verified publicly.

Before you start

• You need to be signed in to your company's workspace. SelfRun Cohort AI appears in the Workspace dashboard and in the left menu when your role includes it.
• What you can see and change depends on your role. If a menu item or button is missing, ask your workspace owner to give your role access in Workspace → Users.
• Profile belongs to Student portal in SelfRun Cohort AI. Keep details current.

Step by step

   Step 1

   Open SelfRun Cohort AI

   Sign in and open the SelfRun Cohort AI product from your Workspace dashboard (or sign in to it directly). You see only what your role allows.

   Open “Training Operations Overview”

   In the left menu of SelfRun Cohort AI, open the page called “Training Operations Overview” (some pages sit inside a menu group — click the group to expand it).

   Choose a view

   Use the tabs at the top of the screen to switch between:

   • Day
   • Week
   • Month
   • Year

   Narrow the list

   Use these filters to see only what you want:

   • Date Range
   • Program
   • Mode

   Other actions on this screen

   You will also see these buttons:

   • Today
   • Last 7 Days
   • Last 30 Days
   • This Month
   • This Year
   • Day
   • Week
   • Month

   Done

   Keep details current.

Tips

• You can use more than one filter together (Date Range, Program, Mode) to see exactly the records you want.
• The tabs (Day, Week, Month, Year) show different views of the same data — switching tabs never changes anything.
• If you make a mistake, open the record again and correct it. Changes are recorded against your name so your team can see who did what.
