In simple words

Settings is part of SelfRun CyberVault. Roles and permissions. This guide takes you through it in 7 short steps.

Where it fits in your work — Protect. Records are encrypted and visible only to those you share them with.

Before you start

• You need to be signed in to your company's workspace. SelfRun CyberVault appears in the Workspace dashboard and in the left menu when your role includes it.
• What you can see and change depends on your role. If a menu item or button is missing, ask your workspace owner to give your role access in Workspace → Users.
• Settings belongs to Protection in SelfRun CyberVault. Roles and permissions.

Step by step

   Open SelfRun CyberVault

   Sign in and open the SelfRun CyberVault product from your Workspace dashboard (or sign in to it directly). You see only what your role allows.

   Open “Settings”

   In the left menu, click “Settings”. The “Settings” screen opens.

   Find what you need

   Type in the search box (“Search clients…”) to find a record quickly.

   Narrow the list

   Use these filters to see only what you want:

   • “Expiring soon” window (days)
   • Send daily expiry alerts to Digi Locker managers & admins
   • Can open the Company Vault
   • Acme Labs (CL-001)
   • Atlas Realty (CL-013)
   • Aurora Pharma (CL-020)
   • Bluepeak Finance (CL-006)
   • Cedar Foods (CL-012)
   • Crest Legal (CL-023)
   • Ember Games (CL-018)

Tips

• You can use more than one filter together (“Expiring soon” window (days), Send daily expiry alerts to Digi Locker managers & admins, Can open the Company Vault) to see exactly the records you want.
• The search box accepts: Search clients…. Start typing and the list narrows down.
• Click a row to open that record and see all of its details.
• If you make a mistake, open the record again and correct it. Changes are recorded against your name so your team can see who did what.
