Question bank

In simple words

Question bank is part of SelfRun EvalIQ. Categories, bulk add and import. This guide takes you through it in 8 short steps.

Before you start

• You need to be signed in to your company's workspace. SelfRun EvalIQ appears in the Workspace dashboard and in the left menu when your role includes it.
• What you can see and change depends on your role. If a menu item or button is missing, ask your workspace owner to give your role access in Workspace → Users.
• Question bank belongs to Assessments in SelfRun EvalIQ. Categories, bulk add and import.

Step by step

   Step 1

   Open SelfRun EvalIQ

   Sign in and open the SelfRun EvalIQ product from your Workspace dashboard (or sign in to it directly). You see only what your role allows.

   Open “Question Bank”

   In the left menu, click “Question Bank”. The “Question Bank” screen opens.

   Find what you need

   Type in the search box (“Text, code, subject, tag”) to find a record quickly.

   Narrow the list

   Use these filters to see only what you want:

   • Search
   • Type
   • Category
   • Difficulty
   • Subject
   • Tag
   • Status
   • Sort

   Read the list

   Each row shows:

   • Question
   • Type
   • Category · Subject
   • Difficulty
   • Marks
   • Usage
   • Updated
   • Actions

   Add a new one

   Click “Import” to add one. A form opens for the details.

Tips

• You can use more than one filter together (Type, Category, Difficulty) to see exactly the records you want.
• The search box accepts: Text, code, subject, tag. Start typing and the list narrows down.
• Use “CSV” or “Excel” to download what you see, for example to share it or keep a copy.
• “Import” lets you add many records at once from a file instead of one by one.
• Click a row to open that record and see all of its details.
• If you make a mistake, open the record again and correct it. Changes are recorded against your name so your team can see who did what.
