Project portfolio dashboard

In simple words

Project portfolio dashboard is part of SelfRun SprintOS. Review project portfolio activity and delivery indicators. This guide takes you through it in 7 short steps.

Where it fits in your work — Plan. Create the project with milestones, tasks, owners and dates on a board and timeline.

Before you start

• You need to be signed in to your company's workspace. SelfRun SprintOS appears in the Workspace dashboard and in the left menu when your role includes it.
• What you can see and change depends on your role. If a menu item or button is missing, ask your workspace owner to give your role access in Workspace → Users.
• Project portfolio dashboard belongs to Overview in SelfRun SprintOS. Review project portfolio activity and delivery indicators.

Step by step

1. 1

   Step 1

   Open SelfRun SprintOS

Sign in and open the SelfRun SprintOS product from your Workspace dashboard (or sign in to it directly). You see only what your role allows.

2. 2

   Step 2

   Open “Project Portfolio Overview”

In the left menu of SelfRun SprintOS, open the page called “Project Portfolio Overview” (some pages sit inside a menu group — click the group to expand it).

3. 3

   Step 3

   Choose a view

Use the tabs at the top of the screen to switch between:

   • Day
   • Week
   • Month
   • Year
4. 4

   Step 4

   Narrow the list

Use these filters to see only what you want:

Tips

• You can use more than one filter together (Date Range, Granularity, Client) to see exactly the records you want.
• The tabs (Day, Week, Month, Year) show different views of the same data — switching tabs never changes anything.
• If you make a mistake, open the record again and correct it. Changes are recorded against your name so your team can see who did what.

Quick recap

Open SelfRun SprintOS → Open “Project Portfolio Overview” → Choose a view → Narrow the list → Add a new one → Other actions on this screen → Done
