In simple words

My leave is part of SelfRun TalentOS. Request leave and see your balance. This guide takes you through it in 6 short steps.

Where it fits in your work — Run daily operations. Attendance, leave requests, holidays and approvals flow to the right manager.

Before you start

• You need to be signed in to your company's workspace. SelfRun TalentOS appears in the Workspace dashboard and in the left menu when your role includes it.
• What you can see and change depends on your role. If a menu item or button is missing, ask your workspace owner to give your role access in Workspace → Users.
• My leave belongs to Employee self-service in SelfRun TalentOS. Request leave and see your balance.

Step by step

   Step 1

   Open SelfRun TalentOS

   Sign in and open the SelfRun TalentOS product from your Workspace dashboard (or sign in to it directly). You see only what your role allows.

   Open “Leave”

   In the left menu, click “Leave”. The “Workforce Overview” screen opens.

   Choose a view

   Use the tabs at the top of the screen to switch between:

   • Day
   • Week
   • Month
   • Year

   Narrow the list

   Use these filters to see only what you want:

Tips

• You can use more than one filter together (Date Range, Employment Type, Status) to see exactly the records you want.
• The tabs (Day, Week, Month, Year) show different views of the same data — switching tabs never changes anything.
• If you make a mistake, open the record again and correct it. Changes are recorded against your name so your team can see who did what.
