Settings

In simple words

Settings is part of SelfRun AgentOS. Roles and permissions. This guide takes you through it in 8 short steps.

Where it fits in your work — Share. Choose who can use it: the team, customers, or only certain people.

Before you start

• You need to be signed in to your company's workspace. SelfRun AgentOS appears in the Workspace dashboard and in the left menu when your role includes it.
• What you can see and change depends on your role. If a menu item or button is missing, ask your workspace owner to give your role access in Workspace → Users.
• Settings belongs to Manage in SelfRun AgentOS. Roles and permissions.

Step by step

   Open SelfRun AgentOS

   Sign in and open the SelfRun AgentOS product from your Workspace dashboard (or sign in to it directly). You see only what your role allows.

   Open “Settings”

   In the left menu, click “Settings”. The “Settings” screen opens.

   Find what you need

   Type in the search box (“gpt-4.1-mini”) to find a record quickly.

   Narrow the list

   Use these filters to see only what you want:

   • Default model (new bots & Start New Chat)
   • Max output tokens per reply
   • Messages per user per day
   • Start New Chat — instructions

   Read the list

   Each row shows:

   • OpenAI model id
   • Label
   • $ / 1M input
   • $ / 1M output
   • Capability
   • AI Assistants User
   • AI Assistants Manager
   • AI Assistants Admin

   Add a new one

   Click “Add model” to add one. A form opens for the details.

Tips

• You can use more than one filter together (Default model (new bots & Start New Chat), Max output tokens per reply, Messages per user per day) to see exactly the records you want.
• The search box accepts: gpt-4.1-mini. Start typing and the list narrows down.
• Click a row to open that record and see all of its details.
• If you make a mistake, open the record again and correct it. Changes are recorded against your name so your team can see who did what.
