Usage & cost is part of SelfRun AgentOS. Tracked per bot. This guide takes you through it in 6 short steps.

Where it fits in your work — Share. Choose who can use it: the team, customers, or only certain people.

Before you start

• You need to be signed in to your company's workspace. SelfRun AgentOS appears in the Workspace dashboard and in the left menu when your role includes it.
• What you can see and change depends on your role. If a menu item or button is missing, ask your workspace owner to give your role access in Workspace → Users.
• Usage & cost belongs to Manage in SelfRun AgentOS. Tracked per bot.

Step by step

   Step 1

   Open SelfRun AgentOS

   Sign in and open the SelfRun AgentOS product from your Workspace dashboard (or sign in to it directly). You see only what your role allows.

   Open “AI Assistants Overview”

   In the left menu of SelfRun AgentOS, open the page called “AI Assistants Overview” (some pages sit inside a menu group — click the group to expand it).

   Narrow the list

   Use these filters to see only what you want:

   • From
   • To

   Add a new one

   Click “Start New Chat” to add one. A form opens for the details.

Tips

• You can use more than one filter together (From, To) to see exactly the records you want.
• If you make a mistake, open the record again and correct it. Changes are recorded against your name so your team can see who did what.
