1Nothing runs in secret
Workspace → Scheduled jobs lists the things your workspace does on its own: backups, reminders, notification sweeps, billing and trial checks, domain checks, reports, social and SEO routines, and announcements you scheduled.
2What each row tells you
- What the job does for your workspace, in plain words
- When it runs — shown in your own time zone as well as UTC, which is what the schedules use
- When it last ran, and a status: On schedule, Delayed, Not run yet or Paused by SelfRun
- A link to the setting that controls it, for example the Notification center for reminders
- Your scheduled announcements, with their date and time
3Who controls the schedule
The platform runs and supervises these jobs, and can pause one or change its schedule for everyone. Your view is read-only, so you always know what is happening without being able to break it.
