Campaign tracking

In simple words
Campaign tracking is part of CRM & Sales. See which campaigns bring revenue. This guide takes you through it in 8 short steps.
Where it fits in your work — Follow up. Notes, two-way messages and reminders keep every lead moving; stale ones are flagged.
Before you start
- You need to be signed in to your company's workspace. CRM & Sales appears in the Workspace dashboard and in the left menu when your role includes it.
- What you can see and change depends on your role. If a menu item or button is missing, ask your workspace owner to give your role access in Workspace → Users.
- Campaign tracking belongs to Capture & analytics in CRM & Sales. See which campaigns bring revenue.
Step by step
- 1
Step 1
Open CRM & Sales
Sign in and open the CRM & Sales panel from your Workspace dashboard (or sign in to it directly). You see only what your role allows.
- 2
Step 2
Open “Campaign Analytics”
In the left menu of CRM & Sales, open the page called “Campaign Analytics” (some pages sit inside a menu group — click the group to expand it).
- 3
Step 3
Choose a view
Use the tabs at the top of the screen to switch between:
- Day
- Week
- Month
- Year
- 4
Step 4
Narrow the list
Use these filters to see only what you want:
- Platform
- Campaign
- Lead Source
- Status
- Date Range
- 5
Step 5
Read the list
Each row shows:
- Campaign
- Platform
- Spend
- Impr.
- Clicks
- CTR
- Leads
- Cost / Lead
- Won
- Revenue
- ROI
- 6
Step 6
Add a new one
Click “Import data” to add one. A form opens for the details.
- 7
Step 7
Other actions on this screen
You will also see these buttons:
- Export CSV
- Today
- Last 7 Days
- Last 30 Days
- This Month
- This Year
- Day
- Week
- 8
Step 8
Done
See which campaigns bring revenue.
Tips
- You can use more than one filter together (Platform, Campaign, Lead Source) to see exactly the records you want.
- Use “Export CSV” to download what you see, for example to share it or keep a copy.
- “Import data” lets you add many records at once from a file instead of one by one.
- The tabs (Day, Week, Month, Year) show different views of the same data — switching tabs never changes anything.
- Click a row to open that record and see all of its details.
- If you make a mistake, open the record again and correct it. Changes are recorded against your name so your team can see who did what.
