In simple words
My tasks is part of Projects. Your own work list. This guide takes you through it in 7 short steps.
Where it fits in your work — Control. Timesheets are approved and costs are compared with the budget.
Before you start
- You need to be signed in to your company's workspace. Projects appears in the Workspace dashboard and in the left menu when your role includes it.
- What you can see and change depends on your role. If a menu item or button is missing, ask your workspace owner to give your role access in Workspace → Users.
- My tasks belongs to For every team member in Projects. Your own work list.
Step by step
- 1
Step 1
Open Projects
Sign in and open the Projects panel from your Workspace dashboard (or sign in to it directly). You see only what your role allows.
- 2
Step 2
Open “Project Portfolio Overview”
In the left menu of Projects, open the page called “Project Portfolio Overview” (some pages sit inside a menu group — click the group to expand it).
- 3
Step 3
Choose a view
Use the tabs at the top of the screen to switch between:
- Day
- Week
- Month
- Year
- 4
Step 4
Narrow the list
Use these filters to see only what you want:
- Date Range
- Granularity
- Client
- Status
- Priority
- Billing Model
- Health Filter
- 5
Step 5
Add a new one
Click “New Project” to add one. A form opens for the details.
- 6
Step 6
Other actions on this screen
You will also see these buttons:
- Analytics
- Today
- Last 7 Days
- Last 30 Days
- This Month
- This Year
- Day
- Week
- 7
Step 7
Done
Your own work list.
Tips
- You can use more than one filter together (Date Range, Granularity, Client) to see exactly the records you want.
- The tabs (Day, Week, Month, Year) show different views of the same data — switching tabs never changes anything.
- If you make a mistake, open the record again and correct it. Changes are recorded against your name so your team can see who did what.
Quick recap
Open Projects → Open “Project Portfolio Overview” → Choose a view → Narrow the list → Add a new one → Other actions on this screen → Done
