Before you start
- You need to be signed in to your company's workspace. Social Media appears in the Workspace dashboard and in the left menu when your role includes it.
- What you can see and change depends on your role. If a menu item or button is missing, ask your workspace owner to give your role access in Workspace → Users.
- New post & new campaign belongs to Content in Social Media. Create in a few clicks.

Open Social Media
Sign in and open the Social Media panel from your Workspace dashboard (or sign in to it directly). You see only what your role allows.

Open “New post”
In the left menu of Social Media, open the page called “New post” (some pages sit inside a menu group — click the group to expand it).

Choose a view
Use the tabs at the top of the screen to switch between:
- Image
- Video

Fill in the details
Complete the fields on the form:
- Topic *
- Platforms *
- Media type
- Content objective
- Service / product
- Audience
- Tone
- Language
- Planned publish date & time
- Link (optional)
- Part of a campaign
- Promote a live offer
- Client (optional)
- Internal title

Save it
When the details are right, click “Create & generate with AI” to save.

Tips
- Fields marked with * are required — Topic, Platforms. The form cannot be saved until they are filled in.
- The tabs (Image, Video) show different views of the same data — switching tabs never changes anything.
- If you make a mistake, open the record again and correct it. Changes are recorded against your name so your team can see who did what.

Your role may not include it. Ask your workspace owner to open Workspace → Users and give your role access to Social Media.
