In simple words

Apps & downloads is part of Workspace. Your own PWA, Android, iOS, Windows, macOS and Linux apps. This guide takes you through it in 8 short steps.

Before you start

• You need to be signed in to your company's workspace. Workspace appears in the Workspace dashboard and in the left menu when your role includes it.
• What you can see and change depends on your role. If a menu item or button is missing, ask your workspace owner to give your role access in Workspace → Users.
• Apps & downloads belongs to Your brand in Workspace. Your own PWA, Android, iOS, Windows, macOS and Linux apps.

Step by step

   Open Workspace

   Sign in to your company's Workspace. You see only what your role allows.

   Open “Apps & downloads”

   In the left menu, click “Apps & downloads”. The “Apps” screen opens.

   Choose a view

   Use the tabs at the top of the screen to switch between:

   • PWA Application
   • Mobile Application
   • Desktop Application

   Find what you need

   Type in the search box (“Northwind Demo”) to find a record quickly.

   Narrow the list

   Use these filters to see only what you want:

   • App name
   • Name under the icon (12/12)
   • Description
   • My logoThe logo from Branding (initials if you have none).
   • Upload an app iconA square PNG, JPG or WebP under 1 MB.
   • Company initials“ND” on your colours.
   • Automatic
   • White
   • Custom
   • Status bar and title bar
   • Automatic (your theme)
   • Splash screen
   • Opens on
   • Window

   Add a new one

   Click “Upload app icon” to add one. A form opens for the details.

Tips

• You can use more than one filter together (App name, Name under the icon (12/12), Description) to see exactly the records you want.
• The search box accepts: Northwind Demo. Start typing and the list narrows down.
• Use “Download PWA assets (.zip)” to download what you see, for example to share it or keep a copy.
• “Upload app icon” lets you add many records at once from a file instead of one by one.
• The tabs (PWA Application, Mobile Application, Desktop Application) show different views of the same data — switching tabs never changes anything.
• If you make a mistake, open the record again and correct it. Changes are recorded against your name so your team can see who did what.
